We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking information being that some carriers do not scan packages along the way
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee).
In the case a package is lost and or stolen Privacy Wardrobe is not responsible for stolen packages in the event that the package shows delivered at the shipping address. In this event Privacy Wardrobe is not responsible for replacing, refunding or issuing store credit for stolen items.
