Return & Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Exchanges and returns from Privacy Wardrobe is eligible for store credit within 30 days upon delivery.  Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in it's original state with original tags attached and free of any smells.  All accessories, under garments and bathing suits are considered final sale.  Sale or reduced items are final sale. In the event, damaged merchandise is received please email info@privacywardrobe.com. Returns and exchanges shipping is to be paid for by the customer and the customer will have to provide a tracking number for the package as proof of return. Processing time for return orders may take 5-10 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of retuned items.  In the event returns are sent back to Privacy Wardrobe without completing a return request online the merchandise will be returned to sender. Failure to include packing slips with returned package will result in a return to sender. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted; no exceptions
